As soon as Nicola and I met Nicola & Alex we knew we would have a fantastic time at their wedding, and we weren’t wrong. March can be a difficult time for a wedding as you never really know what weather you are going to get, but we were lucky and had a nice dry day so we could use the amazing Inglewood Manor to it’s full extent. But the story started back at Nicola’s parents house…

 

Nicola didn’t actually want a dress shot, but I had a spare minute so took one just in case. I’m glad I did as I think it really works.

The car was provided by Classic Bridal Cars, who I have to say were fantastic and very flexible.

I don’t think I’m going to get the chance to blog all the pre-shoots that I am doing at the moment, but I thought I would share Beth & Gareth’s with you. We met them up at Beth’s parents place near Harrogate and went for a walk in the woods behind their house. It was a lovely spot and we got some great shots…

On each preshoot this year I am trying to do something I’ve not done before, sometimes it’s something simple, sometimes something technical and sometimes something a bit silly. Today something new was a sequence of images, press play to see the result…

 

I asked Beth & Gareth to think naughty schoolboy/girl waiting outside the headmasters office. They seemed quite good at it !!!

Back in February the most excellent Tom Arber and I joined Jenny & Lee at Sandhole Oak Barn for their fab wedding. I’m not doing too well with keeping the blog updated at the moment, so I thought I’d share their slideshow here rather than the usual selection of images…

Sandhole Oak Barn is a wonderful place to get married, we had a great time. The food was amazing !!!

I was really pleased when the amazingly talented Tobiah Tayo asked me along to Thornton Manor to run the photobooth at his wedding to Laura. The brilliant Lawsons and Mark Lenik were there to capture the day, so I was in top quality company !!! There are so many pictures from the booth, but here is a small strip sample…
