Lucy & Matthew had planned a superb Festival Themed Wedding for their guests. Set within the wonderful North Yorkshire countryside Camp Katur makes for a unique and special place to get married.
Most of their guests either camped in the ground or had taken once of the several glamping style accommodations that site around the edge of the field.
The good old British weather didn’t let us down, and a last minute decision had to be taken to move the woodland ceremony into the main marquee, but that is what a festival/tent wedding is all about! Sometimes you just have to go with it. The ceremony was very special, conducted by friends and family it had a very personal feel. The bumbag as a belt moment was one of my personal favourites from any wedding ever!
You’d never know that Lucy got ready in a tent! She looked amazing! The rain was short lived and we were able to step out into the forest and get some lovely shots along a short walk. The whole day was super relaxed and defiantly had that festival vibe to it, the ocean themed chill out zone and glitter face paints really were the cherry on the top!
The evening soon came round, and I had been asked to provide some fireworks! Everyone loves Wedding Fireworks! I think even I was impressed with how good they looked within the setting, you can never go wrong with fireworks at your wedding!
